We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time.

By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your order is confirmed only upon successful payment authorisation.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Shipping terms, rates, and estimated delivery times are outlined on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Subscription plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorise Yugen Teas to charge your payment method on a monthly cycle until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged for the following month. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of a billing period.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Yugen Teas and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yugen Teas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the website or purchase of products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
