When will my first box arrive?
Your first shipment is prepared within 3 business days of subscribing and typically arrives within 5–10 business days depending on your location.
Can I change my preferences after subscribing?
Yes. Email us at [email protected] before the 25th of the month and we'll update your preferences for the next shipment.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. You can pause or cancel anytime from your account dashboard — pausing holds your next shipment without losing your plan, while cancelling ends your subscription at the close of the current billing period.
How much tea is in each shipment?
Each style comes in a 50g pouch — enough for approximately 20–25 cups. A Trio subscription includes 150g of tea across three styles.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Canada and the United States. International shipping is coming soon.
